Quantum EMI ("we", "us") provides free financial calculators and tools. This policy explains what data we collect and how it is used.

1. Data we collect

• Calculation inputs — the numbers you enter (principal, rate, tenure) are stored anonymously to power our statistics (e.g., average loan size). They are never linked to your identity.
• Anonymous analytics — page path, referrer, a hashed IP fragment, and browser type. IPs are one-way hashed and cannot be reversed.
• Admin activity — if you use the admin panel, your actions (news edits, config changes) are recorded in an internal operations log for audit purposes.

2. How we use data

• To operate and improve the calculators and news features.
• To show aggregate statistics (counts, averages) — never individual records.
• To secure the site (rate limiting, abuse detection).

3. What we do NOT collect

• No names, email addresses, or contact details are required to use the tools.
• No payment or bank account information is ever collected.
• No cookies are used for tracking; analytics is self-hosted and anonymized.

4. Storage & retention

Data is stored in our own database. Anonymous calculation logs and page views may be retained indefinitely in aggregate form. You may request deletion of specific records by contacting us through the admin panel operator.

5. Third parties

If advertising is enabled, third-party ad networks may serve ads and use their own cookies in accordance with their privacy policies. We do not sell your data.
